Carol Diane Durbin

Carol Diane Durbin, 61 years of age from Tarpley, passed away on Saturday, Feb. 15, in San Antonio. She was born in Houston to parents Otis and Hoy Durbin.
She is survived by Otis Lee Durbin (brother); William "Billy" Robert Durbin (brother); Wanda Ann Durbin (sister in law); nieces Sarah Danielle Durbin and Courtney Lynn Durbin Wilson and her children Kolton, Abigail and Addison Wilson; Daniel William Durbin (nephew); and dearest friend Vicki Risinger .
Vickie and Diane went to nursing school together and worked at the same VA hospital in Kerrville for many years.
She lived in Tarpley for 25 years after building her dream cabin. She loved her cabin in the hills and was most happiest there.
Funeral (graveside) services will be held Friday, Feb. 21, at 2 p.m., at Tarpley cemetery in Tarpley.
The Durbin family would like to send our sincere thanks to the staff of Kindred Hospice (Dr Ruiz, Melissa, Sandy and all the other Professionals involved with Diane's stay there).
