Medina ISD future educators place in state competition
Congratulations to the Medina TAFE (Texas Association of Future Educators) members who competed at the State TAFE Teach Tomorrow Summit in McAllen this past weekend.
Kalie Nelson earned a Blue Ribbon with her Interactive Bulletin Board High School entry.
Brianna Morris placed 7th in Lesson Planning and Delivery Arts and 9th in Lesson Planning and Delivery Stem.
Ashley Parker placed 10th in Lesson Planning and Delivery CTE.
Suzanne Edwards showcased her amazing book “Steve the Snail.”
Each of these girls worked hard and represented Medina with pride and class. This is the second year for Medina High School to have an active TAFE Chapter and Teach Leader, Mrs. Kelly is excited about the growth in the chapter and the opportunities it provides for the members.
