David Clifford “Smiley” Flach, of Comfort, passed away Wednesday, May 13, 2020 at the age of 73.
“Smiley” was born on March 31, 1947 in Fredericksburg, to Clifford and Edith Cronk Flach. He is survived by his two daughters Michelle Flach-Williams of Campwood and Kasey Jo Flach and spouse Billy of Pflugerville; his partner in life Zee Hall of Comfort, three grandchildren Stormy Williams, Paulette Williams and Brenden Huddleston; two great-grandchildren Rycki Williams and Maxi Williams; sisters and their spouses Cindy Hopf and Royce of Medina, Martha Thompson and David of San Antonio, Nancy Ritchie and Dave of Lakehills, brother Pete Flach of San Antonio; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He is preceded in death by his parents Clifford and Edith, sister-in-law Miros Flach and son-in-law Ricky Williams.
A celebration of life will be held at a later date.
