A grand jury this week indicted a Pipe Creek man for possession of child pornography. Nicholas Andreas, 23, was indicted on 13 charges for possession of child pornography. He surrendered to Gillespie County authorities on Wednesday.
According to Bandera County Chief Deputy Matt King, Andreas was interviewed in February after a cybercrime unit detected activity linked to Andreas’ phone. King said the grand jury hearing was delayed due to CoVid-19 shutdowns.
Andreas posted $130,000 bond - $10,000 for each of the 13 charges - and was released. King said Andreas has no previous criminal history in Bandera County.
