Castle Lake Ranch Volunteer Fire Department takes its place in American Legion Parade on Saturday
Raffle ticket sales and drawing at the firehouse that afternoon

The Castle Lake Ranch Volunteer Fire Department will take its place in the Bandera Honors Veterans Parade on Saturday, Nov. 7.
“We are proud to support the American Legion and our veterans,” Julie Miller, of the Castle Lake Ranch VFD, said.
Afterward, from 2-4 p.m., the VFD will sell raffle tickets at the firehouse, 3801 Bear Creek Road in Pipe Creek. Fire trucks will be on display for photos. The drawing will take place at 4 p.m.
Prizes include a Diamondback AR Rifle, a Rock Island 1911 Pistol, a Deer Blind and a Deer Feeder.
Tickets are $1 or six for $5.
The department cancelled its 35th annual Turkey Shoot Fundraiser - its primary fundraiser for the year - due to Covid concerns. Anyone wishing to make donations may do so via their website, firehouse drop off, or mail.
