City council members, mayor, sworn in

Pct. 1 Justice of the Peace Mike Towers swore in Bandera City Council members Toni Kunz and Darcy Hasty, and Mayor Suzanne Schauman, during a special meeting on Tuesday, Nov. 17.
Schauman publicly thanked former interim Council Members Don Clark and Rosie Smith for “stepping up and filling in.”
“Hopefully they can be an inspiration for others,” Schauman said.
The Bandera Economic Development Corporation board will hold a meeting on Wednesday, at 6:30 p.m. It may be viewed via Zoom.
On Thursday, Nov. 19, the city Board of Adjustment will hold a special meeting at 5:30 p.m., followed by a City Council meeting at 6 p.m. The meeting will be held at the Pioneer RV Park Rec Hall, and will also be viewable via Zoom. Face masks will be required.
