The 2021 85th Bandera County Junior Livestock Show

On Saturday, after a year of raising and grooming their animals and projects, Bandera County youth presented for auction - a premium sale in which businesses and individuals donate funds that go directly to the kids. See below the award winners, and grand and reserve champions.

Reece and Ryan Mazurek receive the MR Sandidge Courtesy Award.

Kylee Henderson receives the Bandera Masonic Lodge #1123 Achievement Award.

Cooper Dorries receives the Hubert Mazurek Agricultural Achievement Award.

Garrett Meier receives the Lee Turner Memorial Stockman Award.

Micheal Haines receives the Raymond Hicks Award.

Ben Hevenor receives the Alton Reininger Memorial Award.

Grace Kelley receives the Cindy Klein Horse Award.

Cooper Arnold receives $10,000 for his Grand Champion Market Steer from the High Cotton Ranch, Jarvie and Amy Arnold, and Texas Farm Credit.

Brooklyn Grabs receives $1,200 for her grand champion market turkey from Bandera Bank.

Kalea LaRue receives $1,000 for her grand champion market rabbit from HEB Boerne.

Kayla Evans receives $4,500 for her grand champion market swine from Sides Triple S Services, Jarvie and Amy Arnold, Derry Ranch, Eric and Jaren Shaw, Douglas Echterhoff, Craddock Construction, Ranch Radio Group and the Wheeler Family.

Haley Osborn receives $1,100 for her grand champion market broiler from Winters Electric, LLC and Barrel House Feed and Hardware.

Mariam Altakrouri receives $1,300 for her grand champion farm mechanics project from Winters Electric, LLC and Carlos Salazar.

Cydney Newsom receives $5,000 for her grand champion market lamb from H Bar H Ranch.

Paige Arnold receives $10,000 for her reserve champion market steer from Jarvie and Amy Arnold, Linda Barton, Gillespie Livestock, Goodtimes Ranch, Justin Teich Construction and Texas Farm Credit.

Garner Grabs receives $1,200 for his reserve champion market turkey from George and Barbara Sharman, Boyle's Bandera True Value and Bandera Wine and Spirits.

Colton Stade receives $1,000 for his reserve champion market rabbit from Boyle's Bandera True Value, Bandera Wine and Spirits and George and Barbara Sharman.

Quinlynn Taylor sets a record with her reserve champion market swine, receiving $8,500 from Willie Pember, Hondo National Bank, Nauman Angoras, Micheal and Stacy Kendrick, Grimes Funeral Chapel, Hill Country Telephone, Janna Lindig, Goodtimes Ranch, Jarvie and Amy Arnold, Ranch Radio Group, Sides Triple S Services and Buddy's Water Well Service.

Dylan Peace receives $2,000 for his reserve champion market broiler from Winters Electric, LLC, STC Custom Homes and South Texas Contracting.

William Derry sets a record with his reserve champion market goat, receiving $5,500 from Mini Mart, McLane Ford, John Derry, Gillespie Livestock, Derry Ranch, Jarvie and Amy Arnold, Sides Triple S Services, Texas Hill Country Bank, and Buddy's Septic Service.

Tyler Gatlin sets a record with his reserve champion farm mechanics project, receiving $2,700 from Sides Triple S Services and Jarvis and Amy Arnold.

Ethan Ashley receives $3,200 for his reserve champion market lamb from Jarvie and Amy Arnold.
