Volunteer Fire Department plans Bear Creek Road clean-up on Saturday

The Castle Lake Ranch Volunteer Fire Department will hit the road on Saturday, Feb. 27, from 8:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., to clean trash along Bear Creek Road.
Volunteers will meet at CLRVFD - 3801 Bear Creek Rd. Wear long sleeves and pants, sturdy shoes, work gloves, a hat and sunscreen. Bring your own water and a "trash picker" if you have one.
A neighbor has provided trash bags. The fire department is providing safety gear. Coffee and sweet rolls will be served and a reusable shopping bag will be given to the first 30 volunteers. CLRVFD sends thanks to sponsor Powell Disposal for disposing of all the trash collected.
To donate, please mail a check to P.O. Box 63742, Pipe Creek, TX  78063. CLRVFD has no paid staff and relies solely on donations and membership dues to continue to serve and keep the community safe.
People may also support CLRVFD via Amazon Smiles!  A percentage of each purchase goes straight to the department.
