BBQ Benefit and Shoot
There will be a BBQ and Shoot benefit fundraiser for longtime Bandera High School Ag instructor Fulton Pizzini on July 17 to help offset unexpected medical expenses.
The Shoot will take place at Bandera Gun Club, located at 809 FM 1077, from 9 a.m. until noon followed by the BBQ from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.

Rodeo
Due to rain last Thursday and the condition of Mansfield Park Arena, Bandera's weekly Riding on Faith Summer Rodeo Series have moved opening night to this Friday, June 11, and the series will run through Aug. 13 on Friday evenings.
With a host of new and continuing sponsors, this rodeo is growing by leaps and bounds.
Gates open at 6 p.m., exhibition barrels will start at 7 p.m. and the actual rodeo starts at 8 p.m.
Admission is $10 for ages 7 and up and 6 and under are free.
