Bandera's varsity boy's basketball team is back in the win column after an impressive 79-49 win over Fox Tech at home Tuesday night following the Senior Night presentation for the Bulldog's six seniors.
All six scored in the win led by Liam DeMarchi's 16 points and Ryan Perez with 14. Tyler Moore added 12, Luke Barnett 10, Joseph Kennedy 6 and Kyle Morgan added 2.
The Bulldogs underclassmen also added to the team's big win with freshman Eli Salas leading the way with 9 points, Gavin Ortiz and
Kayden Brown added 4 each and Noah Barnett scored 2.
The 79 points scored Tuesday was the highest total for a Bulldog team in over nine years per coach Brady Keane.
With the win, Bandera moves to 17-7 on the season with District 28-4A play opening this Friday at Comal Davenport.

Coach’s Notes: “We had one of our best practices of the year on Monday and it was exciting to see that translate to the court Tuesday night. It was great to have an opportunity to recognize our senior class, because those guys have done so much for our program and are the heartbeat of our team. Our guys are playing good, team basketball right now and we’re excited to go compete in what is truly one of the toughest districts in the state.”
