Thinclads advance after district meet at Canyon Lake

Last week's results from the District 28-4A Track Meet in Fischer.
The Lady Bulldogs qualified two athletes for the regional meet to be held on April 29-30 if they qualify at Area in Cuero.
The 4x400M relay finished fourth and Pole Vaulter Emily Garcia finished fourth to advance.
The Bulldogs fared a little better with Tyler Moore qualifying for the Long Jump, the 300M Hurdles as well as the 110 Hurdles.
Liam DiMarchi advances in the Shot Put and Discus, Braden Cox and Ethan Brown both in the 3200 and 1600 and Felix Diaz in the 400.
The boys will also head to Javelina Stadium in Kingsville on April 29-30 if they qualify in Cuero at the Area meet.
The two JV teams are finished for the season, but Makayla Gonzales won gold in the 3200 and 1600, Kierstyn Brown won bronze in the 1600 and Cale Barnett took bronze in the Pole Vault.
