Still more accolades are being bestowed on Bandera athletes for their performance in the classroom as the school year winds down.
This past week saw Lady Bulldog Track and Golf participants recognized by the Texas High School Coaches Association (THSCA) for Academic All-State honors.

Track and Golf
In Track, five Lady Bulldogs were named:
First Team Academic All State, Hannah Edwards
Second Team Academic All-State, Raelynn Butler, Emily Garcia, Ashley Grodman and Lauren Benedict.
The Lady Bulldog golf team had one player named to the THSCA Second Team Academic All-State list in Maci Morrison.
To be nominated for Academic All-State, a student must be an senior athlete, student trainer or manager in good standing with the team, of good moral character and have an overall grade point average of 92 or above (including courses from grades 9-11 and courses completed from grade 12). Weighted GPAs are accepted.

Summer Camps
Dates for the Bulldog Track Camp have been released for this year. The camp will take place at Bulldog Stadium on May 31 and June 1 from 8 a.m. until 10 a.m. and is open to K through eighth graders. Cost of the camp will be $30.
