Bandera City Summerfest planned for last Saturday of June
On Saturday, June 25, head to Bandera City Park for a day of food, music and family fun, all on the banks of the cool Medina River. Planned events include live music, the Lone Star Barbecue Society-sanctioned BBQ cook-off, food trucks, retail vendors, kids’ activities, arts and crafts, kayaking, a duck race, cornhole tournament, the reknowned Bandera Idol competition, and more.
Entry fees are $10 per person, and all proceeds will go to support the Bandera County 4-H Shotgun Club, the Bandera County Boys & Girls Club and the Bandera Volunteer Fire Department. Gates open at 10 a.m. and the event will end at 7 p.m.
