Nightmare on Maple Street set for Oct. 31

The date for Bandera’s traditional Halloween haunt is set for All Hallow’s Eve. From 5-9 p.m., on Monday, Oct. 31, ghouls young and old may enter City Park for a free, family-friendly evening.
Hosted by the Bandera Marshal’s Office as a National Night Out event, the Nightmare on Maple Street Trunk or Treat is the Hill Country’s most spooky, festive, family-friendly event of the season. Activities include trunk-or-treating, door prizes, best trunk contests, a costume contest, bounce houses and more.
The Silver Sage will serve hot dogs and Bandera Fire and Rescue will cook hamburgers.
