Don’t Mess With Bandera crew bales cardboard, bottles and cans
Jimmy Hood, Atticus Graham and Jane Redford, volunteers with Don’t Mess With Bandera, thanked Sheriff Dan Butts’ crew for their efforts in baling the collected recycling at the Bandera dump site next to Mansfield Park.
Since the recycling effort was restarted in November, they have bound 13 bales of corrugated cardboard, three bales of plastic bottles and three bales of aluminum cans. And that’s about half of what was collected.
