This weekend at the Riding on Faith Rodeo
Friday and Saturday night’s Riding on Faith Rodeo featured trick riders Summer Oliver, who performed with her daughters 8-year-old Emmie and 5-year-old Jinsen - the youngest members of the PRCA.
Jinsen was added to the Summer and Company show two years ago.
“When she was 4, I turned her loose and she started handling her own horse during performances and doing four tricks every show like Emmie and me,” Oliver said.
Emmie began performing when she was 4, and holds the record for the youngest person to perform the shoulder stand.
The July 21 and 22 Riding on Faith Rodeo finalists are:
- Novice Bull Riding: Clayden Jolly $273
- Bronc Riding: Tanner Hernandez, $672
- BreakAway Roping: Sydney Wren $436, Score 2.78; Riley Welch $291, Score 4.13
- Tie Down Roping: Kase Riley, $112; Score 22.51
