Bandera Library Happenings
By Paul A. Phelan
Director, Bandera Kronkosky Public Library
Howdy to all!
The Bandera Kronkosky Public Library wants every child in Bandera to develop a life-long love of reading. A great place for your child to start that journey is at our weekly storytimes with Ms. Patricia.
These interactive programs are based on a preliteracy curriculum designed to help your child develop important cognitive and social skills. In addition to that, they are just plain fun.
This year the children will learn about colors, shapes, numbers and all kinds of other interesting subjects. So, come by and see us every Thursday, at 10 a.m., for stories, crafts, songs and to meet some new friends.
Also, don’t miss the next Friends Book Fair on Saturday, Sept. 7. Make sure to stop by and pick up a book and support your local library. Until next time, happy reading!
