Today’s the day at Strive 24 Fitness. From 2-6 p.m., gym members can bring a workout buddy for free.
Strive 24 owner and U.S. Navy veteran Vinny Mifsud has several new programs available, including small-group results-oriented personal training sessions, one-on-one personal training, 20 percent off the first month of a month-to-month membership plan, and a $25 gift certificate toward a Strive 24 salon purchase.
