Bandera High grad returns from Romania deployment

Bandera High School 2022 graduate Timothy R. Deel just returned from a deployment to Romania. Deel, a member of the U.S. Navy Seabees, is stationed at the Naval Construction Battalion Center Naval Base, in Gulfport, Mississippi.
