Bandera County hosts 89th Junior Livestock Show

The 89th annual Bandera County Jr. Livestock Show will be held Thursday, Jan. 9 through Saturday, Jan. 11, at the Mansfield Park Showbarn.
The BCJLS provides 4-H and FFA youth opportunities to further their agricultural, leadership and higher education goals. Animals and Ag Mechanic Projects will begin arriving at 7 p.m. on Wednesday, Jan. 8, judging begins Jan. 9, and the live auction begins at noon on Jan. 11.
The annual Bandera County Chamber of Commerce Taco Sale, held annually in front of the Bandera County Courthouse, will be Thursday, Jan. 9, beginning at 7 a.m.
Choose from sausage and egg, bacon and egg; bacon, egg and cheese; bean and cheese. All taco sales are by donation, and 100 percent of the proceeds benefit the youth of the Bandera County Junior Livestock Show.
