Bandera High School powerlifters medal during first meet of season

On Saturday, Jan. 18, the Bandera High School powerlifters traveled to Legacy Middle School for our first meet of the season, hosted by East Central High School. We were very pleased with our lifters as each of them showed how much grit and determination they have as they stepped up to the platform time and time again.
Congratulations to our medalists: Ruby Lister (220), Merry Robinson (105), and Logan Harman (SHW) with 3rd place medals; and Ashton Robinson (165) with his first-ever 1st place medal.
Special shoutout to Wesley Smith-Walker for helping out. We are so proud of all of our lifters who showed up and showed out. Our next meet will be in Somerset at Somerset Jr. High School on Feb. 1.
