Lakehills gym owner and GlowRow Kerrville to celebrate ribbon cutting

Contributed

Strive 24 Fitness Owner Vincent Mifsud, GlowRow Kerrville and the Kerrville Area Chamber of Commerce invite the public to a ribbon-cutting ceremony, on Friday, Feb. 28, at noon, to celebrate the official opening of GlowRow kayak excursions on the Guadalupe River. As the first franchise location of GlowRow, this new venture brings guided nighttime kayak tours in glowing, transparent kayaks to the heart of Kerrville. GlowRow Kerrville is a veteran-owned company.
Attendees will learn more about the GlowRow experience, meet the team, and celebrate the beginning of a new era of adventure tourism in the Texas Hill Country. The event will be hosted at the Kerrville Area COC offices.
GlowRow Kerrville offers a one-of-a-kind nighttime adventure, where participants glide across the scenic Guadalupe River under the stars in state-of-the-art crystal-clear kayaks illuminated by powerful LED lighting. With expert guides narrating the journey, guests will witness the nocturnal beauty of the river and its wildlife from an entirely new perspective.
Beginning March 6, GlowRow Kerrville will offer two exclusive one- to one-and-a-half-hour tours:
Bat Tour (8:30 p.m.): Paddle beneath Kerrville’s iconic bridges and witness the flight of nocturnal bats as they emerge for the night.
Nocturnal Tour (10 p.m.): Experience the serene glow of the river after dark, spotlighting the beauty of its natural surroundings.
GlowRow Kerrville is now accepting reservations for tours Thursday through Sunday.
