Lakehills United Methodist Church hosts annual Fish Fry
The Lakehills United Methodist Church located at 150 Avenue J, in Lakehills will hold its annual Fish Fry Fundraiser on Saturday, March 15, from noon to 4 p.m.
Alongside crispy cornmeal battered and freshly fried fish, coleslaw and french fries will be served, with homemade peach cobblers for dessert, all for $10. Purchase your meal and eat in the mission hall, or take your plate to go.
The church will also hold a rummage sale, with all types of furniture, lamps, tables, gym equipment and a veritable plethora of lightly used goodies to purchase.
All proceeds support the church and its missions. The LUMC provides a free meal every Monday, a food pantry, an after school program for local children and much more.
