Memorial Weekend Stampede and Bandera ProRodeo set for May 23-25

The Bandera Memorial Weekend Stampede and Rodeo is set for May 23-25. The annual Memorial Day parade will be Saturday, May 24, at 11 a.m., on Main Street. Saturday and Sunday, the Stampede Market Days will be on the courthouse lawn, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Down the road at Mansfield Park, enjoy three nights of Professional Rodeo (PRCA) sanctioned rodeos. Friday, Saturday and Sunday nights, the gates open at 5:30 p.m., and rodeo begins at 7 p.m. Mutton Bustin’ by lottery drawing begins at 6:45 p.m. Adult admission is $15, kids 6-12 are $6, veterans and active duty with military ID are free.
