This month at the Medina Library

The Summer Reading Program is officially underway.
June events include:
~ June 18: Summer Reading Session 1, Bigs - Remember the Alamo; Littles - Texas Bugs. 10:30 a.m.
~ June 21: First day to view the history and family boards for Smithsonian exhibit.
~ June 23: Medina football stories: High school to the NFL. 4 p.m.
~ June 23: Back Country Tales with Fred Collins, Patricia Seal and Nick Carpenter. 4 p.m.
~ June 24: Rivers and Streams; make your own sundae. 2 p.m.
~ June 25: Cooking class for ages 9-15. Sign up required. 10 a.m.
~ June 25: Summer Reading Session 2, Bigs - Mexican fiesta; Littles - Animals in Texas. 10:30 a.m.
~ June 25: Back Country Tales. 4 p.m.
~ June 26: Native Americans of Medina. Sign up required. 5:30 p.m.
~ June 28: Cooking class for ages 9-15. Sign up required. 10 a.m.
~ June 30: Film - Finding Enid Collins. 4:30 p.m.

Other regular weekly events include gentle yoga, every Tuesday, at 9 a.m.; big kids story time every Tuesday, at 10:30 a.m.; story time for the little ones on Wednesdays at 10:30 a.m.; and chair yoga, Thursday at 1:15 p.m.

Free notary services are available during regular hours, Monday and Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.; Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m.
