Bandera Lady Bulldogs compete in Cole Middle School tournament

Bandera ISD 7th & 8th Grade Volleyball
The 7th grade Lady Dogs captured first place at the Cole Middle School Tournament, held Sept. 20. The team battled through a competitive field, showcasing strong teamwork, determination, and skill on their way to the championship title.
In the final match, the Bulldogs defeated Poteet with a score of 25-15 and 25-16, securing the tournament crown. It was truly a team effort with amazing stats across the board for every single athlete.
This team has worked extremely hard, and it was exciting to see their dedication pay off with a first-place finish. The victory marks an outstanding achievement for the BMS Volleyball program and sets the tone for continued success this season.
The 8th grade A team earned a strong fourth-place finish at the Cole Tournament. Facing tough competition throughout the event, the team demonstrated resilience, determination, and teamwork. After advancing through pool play, The Lady Dogs battled hard in the bracket round before securing the fourth-place spot among a competitive field of teams.
The experiment was a valuable tool to help provide us with growth. We are taking a constructive approach to recognize our moments of improvement and shifting our focus onto the actions we take next on the court. The performance highlights the team’s progress and provides momentum as they move forward in the season, this brings their record to 5-4.
