Key dates to remember:
- Thursday, Jan. 1, 2026: First day for voters to submit an application for a ballot by mail for March 3 primary election, or for both the March 3 primary election and May 26 runoff primary election. 
- Monday, February. 2, 2026: Last day citizens may register to vote in March 3 primary election. 
- Tuesday, February. 17, 2026: First day of early voting by personal appearance for March 3 primary election.
- Friday, Feb. 27, 2026: Last day of early voting by personal appearance for March 3 primary election.
- Tuesday, March 3, 2026: Primary Election Day.
