Candidate forum scheduled for local contested races
The Bandera County Republican Party is hosting a candidate forum for contested Bandera County elections, on Wednesday, Feb. 4.
Offices invited to attend include candidates for Bandera County judge (three), district clerk (three), treasurer (two) and precinct chair 101 (two). Each candidate will be given five minutes to speak.
The meeting will be held at the Bandera Electric Co-op, 3172 Hwy. 16, Bandera. Meet and Greet the candidates will begin at 5:30 p.m., the forum will begin at 6 p.m.
The last day to register to vote is Monday, Feb. 2. Early voting begins Feb. 17, and will end Feb. 27. Election Day is Tuesday, March 3.
