Lakehills United Methodist Church hosts annual Fish Fry fundraiser
The Lakehills United Methodist Church will hold its annual Fish Fry fundraiser on Saturday, March 21, from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Alongside crispy cornmeal battered and freshly fried fish, they'll serve coleslaw and french fries, with homemade peach or apple cobblers for dessert, for $12. Purchase your meal and eat in the mission hall or take your plate to go.
The church will also hold a silent auction, with all types of furniture, lamps, tables, gym equipment, arts and crafts, and a veritable plethora of lightly used goodies to purchase.
All proceeds for the annual Fish Fry support the church and its missions. The LUMC provides a free meal every Monday, a food pantry, an after school program for local children, prom closet and much more.
