Bandera High School student-athletes Logan Harman and Nathaniel Evans have officially signed to continue their academic and athletic careers at Schreiner University in Kerrville. Both seniors will play football for the Mountaineers, fulfilling a goal they have worked toward throughout their time at Bandera High.
The commitments were celebrated Thursday, May 7, with a signing ceremony held at the high school, where Harman and Evans were joined by their families, coaches, teammates, and members of the student body.
Harman and Evans have been cornerstone players for the Bulldog program, demonstrating exceptional skill, leadership, and resilience. "These two have done everything we've asked of them and more," Head Football Coach and Athletic Director Joel Fontenot-Amedee said. "Watching them earn this opportunity to keep playing the game they love at the college level is a proud moment for our entire community. Schreiner is getting two great football players and even better young men."
By committing to Schreiner University, Harman and Evans will continue their journey close to home in the Hill Country, competing at the NCAA Division III level.
