Request For Proposals - Bandera County Food & Beverage Vendor Provider
Competitive sealed proposals for snack machine Food & Beverage Vending Provider Services will be accepted by the Bandera County Auditor's Office, Bandera County Annex, 1212 Hackberry (in person or UPS/FedEx) or by mail at P.O. Box 563, Bandera, TX 78003, until August 12, 2026, at 3:30 PM.

The successful proposer shall furnish all labor, equipment, products, supervision, maintenance, stocking, and services necessary to operate and maintain food and beverage vending machines at various Bandera County facilities in accordance with the Request for Proposals. If possible, the proposer will use all four county-owned snack machines along with any additional machines for snacks or drinks the vendor provides.
