Kendall County Grand Jury returns 20 indictments for child pornography
The Kendall County Grand Jury Monday handed down a total of 20 indictments charging possession of child pornography in cases involving a single defendant. Edgar Clayton Miller III of Bandera was indicted Monday on possessing at least 20 images of child pornography. He was arrested by the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office after an investigation with the Sheriff’s Office, Kendall County Adult Probation, and the Kendall County Criminal District Attorney’s Office. After Special Victims Prosecutor Nick Socias presented the facts of the case and Miller’s involvement in child pornography, the citizens of the grand jury recommended a $1,000,000 bond in each case for a total of a $20 million bond. “Any person who possesses pornographic images of children for their own self-gratification support the exploitation of the most innocent victims,” said District Attorney Nicole Bishop. “We work every day here to protect our children and will continue to use every resource available to identify and charge anyone who exploits them in such a way.”
