Out and About

Special to the Prophet
If you’re a fan of outdoor theater, The Pointe in Ingram is worth the trip. We saw Mamma Mia on Saturday, July 20, and it was fresh, entertaining and delightful.
The cast was on point and did not miss a mark in the nonstop ride that continued in the aisles even after the performance had ended.
Of particular note was Hannah Cox, who played the role of Sophie, Donna's daughter. She is a high school student from Harper, and her voice hit all the notes and alone is worth the price of admission. This in no way is meant to take away from the incredible talent of the rest of the cast who was wonderful.
So if you are looking to add a little theater in your life, contact the Pointe Theater and get tickets to see Mama Mia!
