Construction progress has begun again for the Best Western on Main. According to representatives, the projected opening date is in February of 2020.
“We’re really excited,” Operations Manager Shay Tucker told the Prophet. “There was a little bit of a delay, but we’re back on track.”
Tucker said plans to open in December were pushed back due to steel availability. The second story is being framed now, and everything seems to be moving forward, Bandera City Administrator J. Horry said.
Showcase Developers with property owner Gene Liguori broke ground eight months ago on the $4.9 million project, Tucker said.
“Hopefully the delays will stop,” Horry said.
