Bandera Middle School
Cross Country

By Jess Edwards
BMS coach

Saturday saw the BMS cross-country teams travel to Llano for their first meet of the year. The anxiety level was nearly as high as the mercury as they waited at the starting line, but despite the heat and nervousness, the Bulldogs performed well.
The seventh grade boys and eighth grade girls finished in first place with the seventh grade girls and eighth grade boys both finishing fourth on the field. Several of our runners earned individual medals for placing in the top 20 runners overall.
The middle school and high school teams will run at our home meet this Saturday at Bandera City Park. Please come out and support Bandera cross country.
