Tennis

Bulldog Tennis had a rough round in their last district match against Wimberley last Thursday, losing 10-0.
The loss eliminated Bandera from the Fall Tennis playoffs this season.
Coach Ginger Frye said the team will continue to practice on Thursdays from 4-6 p.m. at the Flying L courts until Spring Tennis starts in January.
Any BISD high school student that is interested in Spring Tennis, can contact the coach or show up at any practice.

Volleyball
JV
The JV Lady Bulldogs fell to Fredericksburg in two straight sets to open district play on Friday.
Pacee Faglie and Alex Martinez were cited for their good play by coach Mike Gard.
No scores were reported for the two games.

BMS
Cross Country
Saturday saw the Bandera Middle School cross-country teams in Comfort for a large middle school meet with close to 150 competitors in each class.
"Bandera runners battled a crowded course, treacherous terrain and energy-draining hills to come home with some impressive results," coach Jess Edwards said.
The seventh grade boys had the best finish for Bandera, with a fifth place in a field of 18 teams.
Makayla Gonzales, with a 12th place class finish, was Bandera's only individual medalist and Mack Robinson, Rance Roden, Hayden Swalve, Jocelyn Torres, Isabella Chapa, Briana Guth, Kelton Raab, Kimber Jureczki and Eli Wood, all set PRs (personal records).
Bandera will compete next in Devine on Wednesday.
