A quick look at the Bulldog's varsity opposition and how they fared this past week.
Navarro and Wimberley, two of the top teams in district, battled over the weekend with Navarro taking the "W", Bandera came from behind to best Llano and Cuero beat Austin Eastside in this third week of district play.
In the Maxpreps Region IV 4AD2 poll, Navarro moves way up in the rankings, Wimberley stays in the top ten and Bandera moves ahead of Llano.
Navarro holds steady at number eight in Dave Campbell's statewide 4AD2 Top 10 poll.

Week 9 (Oct. 24-25)

Non-district
S.A. Memorial lost to Medina Valley, 54-13
S.A. Christian defeated St. Joseph Academy, 28-7
St. Anthony had a bye week
Comfort defeated Sonora,17-14
Crystal City lost to Poteet, 35-7

District
Llano lost to Bandera, 28-21
Navarro bested Wimberly, 42-14
Austin Eastside fell to Cuero, 69-0
