Wendell H. Rees Jr., 80, of Kerrville, passed away on Feb. 26, 2020 in Kerrville. A Memorial Service will be Friday, March 6, at 10 a.m., at Grimes Funeral Chapels of Bandera. Sr. Pastor Martin Smith of Bandera Church of Christ will officiate.
