Happy Trails

CCTRA has come home from our long ride to San Antonio for the San Antonio Livestock Exposition. We had all weather challenges...after all...it’s trailride! But no one was bucked off, no runaway horses. Who could ask for anything more?
We want to thank our night camp sponsors Tarpley VFD, Silver Spur Guest Ranch, Mansfield Park and Triple H Equitherapy Center for giving us safe shelter. Also Bandera Ranch Store, The Cowboy Store and Tractor Supply Inc. for generously donating prize items.
This ride is not possible without support of loyal friends.. thanks to Viola Allen, TJs Old Forge, Bandera Meat Market, Lowes Super S and Bandera Rehabilitation Center. We want to thank Twin Elm Guest Ranch and Hill Country State Natural Area for great day rides. And last but not least thank you to Bandera Marshal Dietrich for taking time out of his duties to provide safe escorts for our ride through town. That said, what have I learned at the end of this journey... that we are in a community of generous people that appreciate “keeping it western.”
Thank you Bandera! Till next year.. happy trails.
