HILL COUNTRY ELEMENTARY SCHOOL
The school will be closed until May 4.
However, the school, 6346 FM 1283, will provide school breakfasts and lunches, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m., in the parent pick-up line, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. The meals will be delivered to your vehicle and offered to those who are under 19 years old.

PIPE CREEK CHRISTIAN SCHOOL
The Christian School will be closed until May 4.
The school has postponed the annual Spring Fling, until further notice.
The school, 1990 FM 1283, is enrolling now for the 2020-2021 school year. Classes include Pre-K through grade 12.

MEDINA LAKE FIRE DEPARTMENT
The Fire Department has postponed their annual barbecue and raffle, until a later date, to be announced.

LAKEHILLS UNITED METHODIST CHURCH
The Lakehills United Methodist Church, 150 Ave. J in Lakehills, announced that the Holy Week services will all be live streamed on Facebook: Maundy Thursday and Good Friday, each at 7 p.m.; and Easter Sunday at 9:30 a.m.
There will be no  TWIGS until school resumes.
However, they offer their WIFi freely to students who need that service for online learning. Students need to call to arrange a time.
Bread of Life will continue to offer meals “to go” on Mondays, at 5 p.m. They also have some food pantry items for those who need them.
The Wesley Nurse, Aida Minnick, will not see patients and will only work from home.

CHURCHES
Pipe Creek Presbyterian, Western Heritage Cowboy, Lakehills Baptist, Lakehills United Methodist, have canceled all church activities at the church buildings, including Sunday morning services. Each will provide live streaming of their Sunday morning services on Facebook.
Pipe Creek Community Church will not hold activities, including Sunday service, until further notice. St. Stanislaus and St. Victor’s have canceled all Masses until further notice. Faith Tabernacle has canceled all events, including Sunday services, until further notice.
Each of these churches will post updates on Facebook.

NEW LIFE RESALE
The thrift store, 1990 FM 1283, is closed to the public until further notice, but will accommodate a limited number of shoppers by appointment only.  They can accept donations on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Their proceeds support Pipe Creek Christian School. For more information or appointments, call 830-510-3050, and follow on Facebook.

TRIPLE H EQUITHERAPY
HHH has postponed the annual Trailride and Scavenger Hunt. The new date is Saturday, May 9. They will post updates on Facebook.

MICO VOLUNTEER FIRE DEPARTMENT
The Mico fire department has postponed their annual Fundraiser BBQ, normally held in May, until further notice.

LAKE AND RIVER
On March 31, Medina Lake is at 72.9 per cent capacity. The lake level is 1051.78 feet, which is down 12.42 feet.
The Medina River has a flow of 31.2 cfs in Bandera, running 3.82 feet deep at the gage.
