Bradford Lee Spinks

Bradford Lee Spinks (Brad), 64, passed away peacefully at his home in Bandera, on September 9, 2020, where he had been living for the past 24 years with his wife Cathy.
Brad was born November 25, 1955, in Houston, to Johnni Leroy Spinks and Roberta Ellen Spinks. He graduated from Aldine High School in Houston at the age of 18. He enlisted in the U.S. Army at the age of 21.
Brad was a proud member of the Masonic Lodge. He loved and respected all of the brotherhood dearly.
In 1996, Brad and his family moved to Bandera, where he worked for Solitaire Homes, Flying A Ranch, and the last 15 years for himself building and remodeling.
His favorite pastimes and hobbies included hunting, fishing, arrowhead digging, metal detecting and most of all family gatherings!
Brad is survived by his loving wife of 38 years, Cathy Spinks; daughters Johnni Salinas of Atascocita (husband Jay), Jennifer Jilek of Lakehills (husband Brian), Jessica Kline of Bandera (husband Zack); sons Shane Winkler of Bandera, Wesley Regitz of Conroe (wife Deanna); grandchildren Ryan, Bradford-Keegan, Gunnar, Shelby, Ally, Gattlin, Nathan, Evan, Jesse and Audrey.
Brad was loved and cherished by many and will be forever remembered as a great man!
A Celebration of his Life will be held on Saturday, September 19, at the Helping Hands Event Center, 1116 12th St, Bandera, TX 78003, from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
