Pipe Creek Christian School awarded new supplies

By Vicki L. George
The Bandera Prophet

The Pipe Creek Christian School was recently awarded new supplies in the form of Health and Safety Kits from the Educational Heroes Safety Campaign. The kits were provided courtesy of the True Value Foundation in partnership with our local True Value retailer Johnny Boyle.
Each kit includes hand sanitizer, mask, hand soap and a spray bottle. Over 700 schools across the country were awarded these kits and Pipe Creek Christian School is grateful to be chosen as a recipient.
The school opened its doors in August 2000 with one administrator and one teacher, with elementary and middle school classes. The students now continue their education through high school.
The school offers daily Bible study as well as academic studies, with non-denominational Christian curricula. The tuition is affordable and includes after school care. In addition, the school is accredited through the Association of Christian Schools International.
Their inspiring statement is from Psalm 127:3, “Children are a gift from the Lord: they are a reward from Him.”
The school encourages shoppers to visit New Life Retail, the thrift store next door to the school, located at 1990 FM 1283. The store proceeds benefit the school.
The school is accepting registrations for the upcoming school year at all grade levels. The applications can be found online at pipecreekchristianschool.org. The forms can be printed, filled out and taken to the school. For more information call 830-510-6131.
