Vineyard of God Christian School hosts Athletic Shoe Drive

Vineyard of God (VOG) is partnering with GotSneakers to raise money for curriculum and instruction classroom materials. VOG will earn funds based on the total quantity of pairs of gently worn, used and new sneakers collected.
All donated sneakers are redistributed throughout the GotSneakers’ network of small business partners throughout Haiti, Nicaragua, Bolivia and Ukraine. This in turn helps individuals and families in developing countries who are in need of economic opportunities.
How can you donate your sneakers?
VOG has teamed up with 11th Street Outfitters for our community donation location. 11th Street Outfitters will offer 10 percent off your entire purchase for donating a pair of athletic shoes at their location. Address: 311 11th St., Bandera, TX 78003
Some important guidelines
-Only athletic footwear and sports cleats (non-metal bottoms)
-Baby and toddler footwear not accepted
-Compensation is up to $3 a pair and based on the style and quality of the sneaker
-This drive will continue throughout the school year, so please keep this in mind when cleaning out your closets!
Please contact Kristy if you have any questions:  kristysmolina@gmail.com or 210-842-5868.
If you’re a local business and would like to support VOG by having a collection bag please reach out!
We appreciate your support!
