The Bistro celebrates ribbon cutting

The Bistro owners Cheryl Mydland and Kathleen Connolly celebrated their new membership with the Bandera County Chamber of Commerce with a meet and greet and ribbon cutting on Friday, Dec. 11.
The entrepreneurs purchased the restaurant, at 1211 Cottonwood in Bandera, from George Carey this summer and officially reopened Oct. 1. Their hours are Tuesday through Saturday, from 11 am. to 3 p.m.
Menu items range from sandwiches and burgers to egg rolls. All meals, such as The Guido - salami, pepperoni, ham, pastrami, cheese with Italian relish; The Sparkles - roasted chicken, pecans, cranberries, celery and spring mix; The Josh - pork/beef chili, shredded cheese, red onion and Fritos on an Angus beef burger; and The Moby - fried flounder, bacon, cheese, tomato and spring mix, include free chips and a drink, and may be turned into a salad on request at no extra charge. Dine-in meals also include a free bowl of soup, and to-go soups are available to purchase.
