San Antonio man killed Sunday night, shooting marks third fatal shooting in the county this year

A fatal shooting Sunday night has led to a multi-county pursuit. A San Antonio man was shot near the intersection of English Crossing and Rodeo Road. The suspect remains at large.
Bandera County Chief Deputy Matt King said both men were part of a larger group that had spent the day at Wharton’s Dock.
“On the way out of town, there was some kind of argument between them,” King said.
He said the suspect is believed to have fled through Kendall County and wrecked his vehicle on DeZavala and IH-10 in San Antonio. Authorities continue to search for him.
This fatal shooting marks the third for the year in Bandera County.
