Riding on Faith Rodeo has another good show

The second weekly Riding on Faith Rodeo in Bandera saw a few repeat money winners in front of a good sized crowd Friday night at Mansfield Park Arena.
Lorenzo Lopez won top money in Open Bulls for the second week in a row, KD Cortez had a second place in Open Barrels and Chloe Simms and Maile Cunningham finished in the money in Junior Barrels.
Looking to start a winning streak were, Cecily Hicks, first place in Open Barrels, Shanni Shipley with a first and second in Breakaway Roping with two very quick catches and a trio of ropers, Case and Cade Sandstrom and Rankin Williams, combining for wins in Open Slack and #10 Roping for a total haul of $1470.
Come on out this Friday for Mutton Bustin' and a Calf Scramble for the children in addition to the Bull Riding, Barrels and Roping events.
The weekly rodeo happens on Fridays, through August 13, with Exhibition and Pre-Show Barrels at 7 p.m. and the rodeo starting at 8 p.m.
