SUKKOT, also called Feast of Tabernacles, begins at sundown on Sept. 20. It is one of the Three Pilgrimage Festivals listed in Leviticus 23 and Exodus 34. It is celebrated for seven days. As a harvest festival, it became the basis for Thanksgiving by our Pilgrim ancestors.
CAJUN FESTIVAL will be held on Sept. 25, from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Admission is $15. It is dedicated to the late Bob Caswell, founder.
