Bandera fell short to Llano by an 11-9 score. Despite the way the game ended, the girls worked hard on defense. Elizabeth Adams finished her first game scoring 7 points for Bandera.

Starting the season with a rough first quarter, being shutout, 8-0, Sydney Moore broke the silence and scored her first basket on the way to finishing the night with 8 points. The rest of the game, both teams traded baskets with Llano getting the win, 20-12.

Bandera took a 20-6 win over Llano to start their season. Key scoring came from Lakota Jackson, Cheyenne Cardenas, and Payton Gilbert.
