Operation Main Street Santa launching now
Send your letters to Santa at the Best Western, and whisper to him your wish list this Friday

By Jessica Nohealapa’ahi
The Bandera Prophet

It’s time to pull out the stationary and writing pieces, whether they be ink, pencil, marker or crayon. Santa’s mailbox has magically appeared at the Best Western on Main Street, and he’s waiting for letters.
The iconic red mailbox is set up inside the hotel lobby, and will be there until Christmas Day. Santa has promised to do his best to return as many letters as possible, so be sure to include your name and return home address on the outside of the envelope.
Also, look for a special appearance from Santa at the Bandera General Store, on Main Street, this Friday, Dec. 3, from 5-8 p.m. He will make a second appearance on Saturday, Dec. 4, from noon to 3 p.m. The free event will include punch and cookies for all.
