Boys and Girls Club of Bandera County benefits from 20th anniversary Bike Rally

After the most recent Bikers Rally held at Mansfield Park, the Boys and Girls Club of Bandera County announced that Bill Taber, with the Biker Rallies of Texas and the organization he represents, donated a check for $2,500 to benefit the programs of the local Boys & Girls Club.
“It’s fantastic to get local support from such a name-worthy organization who recognizes that we contribute to the youth of Bandera County in our daily programs. We have worked hard over the last few years to improve our programs and services that are designed to retain youth in school and become good citizens of Bandera County was well as the State of Texas. There is simply no way we could succeed here locally for our kids without the support of local businesses and organizations, and we are proud to use this donation for the betterment of our local youth,” Boys & Girls Club CEO Amy Ouellette said.
“Because the kids are our future, and we have to provide for our youth in order we have a positive future for the community on Bandera. We are proud to be able to a part of the growth of local youth as they strive to be the best that they can be,” Taber said, when asked why he chose the Boys & Girls Club.
“Bill’s sentiments fall directly in line with what we strive to do every single day here at the Boys & Girls Club; to promote a positive impact for the future of our Boys & Girls Club member youth. To be recognized by this group on their 20th anniversary makes it even more special,” Bandera Boys & Girls Club President Joey Bess said.
